What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is an organic compound derived from industrial hemp or cannabis plants. CBD is often confused with marijuana; however, unlike marijuana, CBD is the non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis. How does CBD work?

CBD works synergistically with unique receptors called endocannabinoids to maintain your body’s homeostasis. CBD has the ability to interact with receptor cells in the body to promote recovery and other health benefits similarly to how common synthetic medications operate, except CBD is natural.
